Job Description :

As a Data Science Analyst in the Operations team, you will engage in intelligence automation and business analysis to gather requirements. Your role will involve translating these requirements into process improvements and solutions for operational efficiencies. You will be responsible for gathering information, executing, and implementing automation and digitization strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research, gather, and prepare information for analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to and support projects and initiatives with key stakeholders.
• Execute basic solution design and development, and troubleshoot technical aspects.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor low-code/no-code automation in test and production while adhering to the firm’s standards and controls.
• Utilize, support, and administer tools for automation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and LLM technologies to enhance solution offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand risk, ethical concerns, and other issues related to AI use

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

• Freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of work experience with an engineering or equivalent background are welcome.
• Excellent hands-on skills in AI/ML, Python, Alteryx, PEGA workflow.
• Intermediate knowledge of Python.
• Intermediate knowledge of PEGA workflow.
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Understanding of basic software development principles.
• Basic knowledge of intelligence automation applications and other coding languages such as AI/ML, Python, and PEGA.
• Beginner-level skills with an understanding of business analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or ML with hands-on capabilities in developing solutions will be preferred.
