The Content Moderator role is an entry-level opportunity designed for fresh graduates to ensure that online content complies with platform policies, community guidelines, and legal standards. In this role, candidates will review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content such as text, images, videos, and comments to maintain a safe and respectful digital environment.

This position requires strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to make consistent decisions based on defined guidelines. Freshers will receive structured training and continuous support to help them understand moderation policies, handle sensitive content responsibly, and contribute to platform integrity and user trust.

Required Skills

• Strong written comprehension and attention to detail

• Ability to follow guidelines and make objective decisions

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Emotional resilience and ability to handle sensitive content

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Arts, Commerce, Science, or Engineering)
