GlobalLogic is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in a role focused on data annotation, classification, evaluation, and computer vision. The ideal candidate will play a critical part in supporting the development and refinement of machine learning and AI models by providing high-quality labeled data, conducting model evaluations, and contributing to the advancement of computer vision solutions. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Graduate trainees are students who have just completed a degree and are transitioning into the workplace. Graduate trainees’ responsibilities depend on their industry, but they are generally guided by a senior staff member as they learn, train, and attend meetings. They should have a degree related to the work they are being trained in.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure technology. – Use our existing technology to build out assessments, scoring pipelines and digital reports, inputting content with careful attention to detail to ensure that everything we build is error-free.
• Quality assurance. – Perform a variety of configuration and QA-related tasks to ensure that our assessment and reporting content is built to exacting standards at a quality level expected by our clients.
• Communicate effectively. – An ability to liaise with team members from many different countries and backgrounds with an open mind, inclusive mindset, and passion for great ideas no matter where they come from.
• Collaborate with colleagues. – Work with other Operations Analysts and our science and technology teams to solve problems and bring ideas to life, creating the solutions that we bring to market
• Proactively solve problems. – Apply critical thinking to anticipate potential issues and collaborate with your team to prevent them. When problems do occur, navigate time-sensitive situations effectively while maintaining clear, professional communication with stakeholders.
