Job Description :

GlobalLogic is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated graduates with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong creative problem-solving and analytical abilities with proficiency in navigating and using the internet. A team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented attitude.

Graduate trainees are students who have just completed a degree and are transitioning into the workplace. Graduate trainees’ responsibilities depend on their industry, but they are generally guided by a senior staff member as they learn, train, and attend meetings. They should have a degree related to the work they are being trained in.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify anomalies and detect meaningful patterns.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts (Mandatory: 5 working days, 2 weekly offs).
A graduation degree from a recognized institution with a Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo.

Requirements

Analyze complex datasets to identify anomalies, defects, and trends in the global maps ecosystem.
Generate actionable insights and weekly reports for leadership.
Investigate issues from product and engineering teams with detailed analysis.
Perform high-accuracy repetitive tasks, data processing, and quality checks.
Follow SOPs, policies, and compliance guidelines strictly.
Track work patterns to meet productivity and quality targets.
