Job Description
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role is designed for fresh graduates who are passionate about front-end development and modern web technologies. As a GET, you will work on developing interactive and responsive web applications using ReactJS. You will collaborate with backend developers, designers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products while gaining hands-on industry experience through structured training and real-world projects.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces using ReactJS.
- Build responsive web applications that perform seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
- Create reusable and modular React components to improve development efficiency.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert design prototypes into functional web components.
- Write clean, readable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
- Test front-end components thoroughly to identify, debug, and resolve issues.
- Improve application performance through optimization techniques and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in web development technologies.
- Support troubleshooting and debugging of live applications when required.
- Assist in developing and enhancing internal applications.
- Provide cross-functional support for a minimum of five days as part of organizational requirements.

Required Skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently in cross-functional and collaborative teams.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with manual software testing concepts.
- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles.
