The supervisor will provide responsibilities to the graduate engineer trainee, and they will include producing reports, performing research, helping other engineers with projects, and completing all assignments. Role & Responsibility :
- Comprehending the project specifications and doing all the tasks that the supervisor assigns you.
- observing more senior employees, getting inquiries answered, and lending a hand when needed.

- following all health and safety guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- UG Degree: Any Fresher Graduate
- Graduation passing Year: 2021/2022/2023/2024
- CTC offered as per the standard HCLTech grid applicable (Basis 60% and above Percentage Eligibility Criteria)
- Service Agreement for 12 Months (as applicable). In case you leave before completing 12 months, you are liable to pay 50K to the organization.

Skills :
- A bachelor’s degree in an engineering field that is applicable.
- Prior technical work experience would be beneficial.
