Job Description :

HMH is hiring AI Engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable artificial intelligence solutions that enhance analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making across its learning platforms.

The selected candidates will work on machine learning models, generative AI systems, and data-driven applications that support modern educational technology products. Engineers will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and improve product performance and user experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models

• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using tools like LangChain and RAG

• Build AI-powered applications and automation systems

• Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate AI into enterprise products

• Develop APIs and microservices to deploy AI models into production environments

• Monitor model performance and retrain models to improve accuracy

• Work on data pipelines and AI workflows for scalable AI systems

• Ensure AI solutions follow security, compliance, and governance standards

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages

• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and neural networks

• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks

• Experience with data analysis and handling large datasets

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
