Customer Service Executive.
In this role, you will:
- Good communication skills – Written & Verbal
- Identify and escalate potential complaints, support achievement of team objectives, Exhibit ownership of the business act effectively on all customer feedback
- Receive/make calls from/to customers (internal/ external)
- Delight internal and external customers
- Respond to mails/queries related to process timely with a cc to the Line Manager
- To maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely adherence of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
- To consistently maintain a high level of customer service by achieving established SLAs.
- Management information, other required data and communication are completed accurately and supporting statistics/reports/returns are presented within agreed timescales.
To be successful, you will:

- Able to multitask, knowledge in International Payments.

TFCM Associate
In this role you will:
- Help with the assessment of proposals from the business to access new Trading Facilities
- Assist with cost management relating to third parties involved in the trade execution process
- Assist with the scheduling and managing rate negotiations with relevant Trading Facilities
- Assist with the management of Rate Cards
- Assist with any Third Party Risk Management queries relating to any Trading Facilities
- Help to produce packs and minutes for the Trading Facilities Forum or other governance meetings.
- Interact with the Banking Relationship Managers to resolve any queries relating to TFs
- Liaison with the Operations team regarding any queries on invoice payments
- Assist with any enhancements to the architecture or processes related to the Front-to-Back management of TFs
- Assist with the running of the Brokerage Front-to-Back Working Group
To be successful you will:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a small team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Sound analytical skills are essential, coupled with the ability to demonstrate forward thinking.
- A willingness to learn about the Markets and Securities Services businesses, cross asset-class and cross-region.
- Knowledge of brokerage, clearing and execution would be beneficial.
- An understanding of clearing and the elements of CCP risk management frameworks would be beneficial.
