Key Responsibilities
- Supporting daily operations and administration of capital account transactions and queries – regulatory filings, RBI liaison, customer and business engagement etc. to achieve a high level of efficiency and customer service, which would help attain strategic and operating objectives of the Bank.
- Co-ordinating with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities.
- Supporting automation activities within the team
- Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
