Infosys, a global leader in technology services and consulting, has launched the Pragati program as part of its Springboard initiative, a comprehensive platform designed to support individuals in enhancing their personal and professional growth. This exclusive 12-week program is a game-changer, offering women a transformative experience that can unlock their true potential and pave the way for a brighter future.

 Eligibility Criteria

The Pragati program is accessible to a wide spectrum of people because it is only available to women who are at least 18 years old. It’s crucial to remember that this is a female-only opportunity, and male applicants will not be taken into consideration.

You need to finish two regular courses and one certification course on the Infosys Springboard platform in order to be eligible for the Pragati program. You can finish the regular courses at your own pace without turning on your camera because they are made to be easily accessible. You will only have one chance to pass the certification course, and you will need to turn on your camera during the test.

To get started, simply click on the Infosys Pragati Application link provided. If you already have an Infosys Springboard account, you can log in; otherwise, you’ll need to register for a new account. Once you’ve logged in, click on “Start Survey” to begin your application.

You must submit your personal information, educational background, and current employment status during the application process. In order to participate in the offline sessions, college students must also submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) that has been signed by their institution. By July 18th, 2025, this NOC must be sent by email to springboard.support@infosys.com.Keep in mind that the Pragati program registration deadline is July 10th, so it’s critical to finish the application process as soon as you can. Curriculum and Program Structure

• The Pragati program is designed to be a transformative 12-week journey, with a blend of online and offline sessions. The online sessions will cover a wide range of topics, including:

  – Personal development and self-awareness
  – Career readiness and job search strategies
  – Professional skills enhancement (communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, etc.)
  – Leadership development and decision-making
  – Emerging technologies and industry trends

  The program culminates with an offline session held at one of the Infosys campuses, providing participants with the opportunity to engage in hands-on activities, network with industry experts, and immerse themselves in the Infosys culture.

  Throughout the program, participants will have access to a wealth of resources, including interactive workshops, mentorship sessions, and opportunities to collaborate with their peers. This holistic approach ensures that you not only acquire the necessary skills but also develop the confidence and mindset to thrive in your chosen career path.

Internship Structure

1. Technology Domains: Participants can choose from various domains, including:

   • Artificial Intelligence

   • Angular Full Stack

   • Python

   • Java Tech Stack

   • Data Visualization

2. Course Completion: Complete the assigned courses in your chosen domain by June 30, 2025.

3. Project Work: Engage in project-based learning, divided into four 2-week milestones. Each milestone focuses on different aspects of the project, culminating in a final presentation.

4. Mentorship: Receive guidance from experienced Infosys professionals throughout the internship.

5. Assessment: Performance is evaluated based on milestone completions, attendance, and active participation. An average of all four milestone scores will determine eligibility for the completion certificate.

3. Complete at least one Springboard certification
