Job Overview

This internship is part of Infosys’s CSR initiative, aiming to empower learners with digital skills and practical experience. Participants will work on real-time projects, guided by experienced mentors, and will have the opportunity to enhance their technical and soft skills.

 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

  • Passed 12th standard or equivalent from a recognized board or university.

  • Currently pursuing or have completed graduation/post-graduation.

• Commitment: Willingness to engage in an 8-week virtual internship.

• Exclusions: Working professionals and alumni of previous batches are not eligible.

Process for nomination & Shortlisting for Infosys Springboard Internship

• Nomination Deadline: Ensure your internship nomination is submitted using a valid Infosys Springboard registered email ID only by June 2, 2025. Mobile phone registrations will not be considered.
• Nomination Form Accuracy: Please fill the nomination form carefully. Inputs provided during self-nomination cannot be changed later.
• Course Completion: To be eligible for the internship, you must complete the assigned courses listed against your chosen technology domain by June 30, 2025.
• Consistent ID Usage: Ensure you use the same Infosys Springboard ID to nominate for the internship and to complete your courses. All official communications will be sent to this registered ID.
• Shortlisting Process: Please note that course completion does not guarantee shortlisting or selection for this internship. Due to limited slot availability, the course completion date will be a key factor in shortlisting interns, and we follow a first-come, first-served approach.

Post-Selection & Internship Journey for Infosys

• Batch Allocation: Shortlisted interns will be allocated to various batches. Please ensure you join your assigned batch only, as swapping batches isn’t permitted.
• Stay Updated: Regularly check your email for all updates and session details. Also, make sure to check your Junk/Spam folder to avoid missing any important information.
• Attendance: Be regular in attending virtual sessions with your mentors.
• Leaves: Take prior permission for any leaves.
• Participation: Participate actively in all sessions.
• Contribution: Contribute effectively to the completion of your project.
• Deadlines: Complete all assigned tasks on time and don’t miss any deadlines.
• Certificate Eligibility: For the award of the Internship Completion Certificate, your attendance and adherence to the above-mentioned best practices will be considered.
• Milestone Structure: The internship will be split into 4 milestones (2 weeks each). An average of all 4 milestone scores will be considered to qualify for your certificate.

Internship Structure

1. Technology Domains: Participants can choose from various domains, including:

   • Artificial Intelligence

   • Angular Full Stack

   • Python

   • Java Tech Stack

   • Data Visualization

2. Course Completion: Complete the assigned courses in your chosen domain by June 30, 2025.

3. Project Work: Engage in project-based learning, divided into four 2-week milestones. Each milestone focuses on different aspects of the project, culminating in a final presentation.

4. Mentorship: Receive guidance from experienced Infosys professionals throughout the internship.

5. Assessment: Performance is evaluated based on milestone completions, attendance, and active participation. An average of all four milestone scores will determine eligibility for the completion certificate.
