As an Intern QA, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts. Your primary focus will be on creating, maintaining, and executing test scripts to identify and report software defects. You will work closely with the development team to understand software requirements and implement efficient automated test strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing and automation.
As a fresher, it is expected that you may not have extensive professional experience in automation testing. However, you should possess a strong foundation in software testing concepts and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of automation QA
Job Description :
Desired Skills:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and techniques.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience or knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or TestNG.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, analyse, and debug software defects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Familiarity with TestNG, JUnit, Jenkins, Teamcity.
