Job Description :
ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules are among the solutions developed, configured, and customized by an Associate Consultant in IT ServiceNow. They collaborate with clients to collect requirements while working on system integrations (REST/SOAP), scripting (JavaScript), and end-to-end implementation.
In this role, you will support the development team, working closely with experienced engineers and developers. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in software development, engineering workflows, and C++ programming within a high-performance engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Platform Configuration: Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to meet client needs.
- Development & Integration: Build technical solutions, including integrations with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to define requirements and create technical design documentation.
- Testing & Support: Conduct unit testing, support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide post-implementation support.
- Process Improvement: Optimize IT processes on the ServiceNow platform, such as ITSM, ITOM, or CMDB.
Qualifications
- experience: Generally ServiceNow consulting, software development, or relevant internships.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow platform development.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL framework and web services (JSON, XML).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
