Students who recently earned their degrees and are entering the workforce are known as graduate trainees. While the duties of graduate trainees vary by industry, they are typically supervised by a senior employee during their training, education, and meetings. They ought to hold a degree relevant to the job for which they are receiving training.
We are seeking a self-starter with a lot of energy to join our new graduate trainee program. Among your duties as a graduate trainee are shadowing different employees, taking part in educational activities, going to meetings and workshops, and visiting different workplaces to obtain real-world experience. At the conclusion of the program, you should be able to pass a competency exam and maintain an accurate record of your time spent with the organization.
Role and Responsibilities
- To learn + understand how we fit into the supply chain + logistics landscape
- To build knowledge of our operational, sales + logistics processes, including their application
- To develop personal leadership skills: know yourself + understand others, communication, collaboration
- To learn about + apply project management skills: actively participate in/lead + deliver in assigned projects
- To develop a basic knowledge of continuous improvement/lean thinking
- To develop knowledge of our various systems + products
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with internal teams.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic data reporting; knowledge of ERP or logistics systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
