Job Description :
In addition to our outstanding software development team, we are seeking a qualified software engineer who will be in charge of working on projects that our business is now working on. Among other things, duties will involve leading our software programming initiatives and creating and overseeing software system validation and testing procedures. In order to convey project statuses and proposals, you will also be collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional departments.
Software engineers design, develop, and test computer software applications using concepts and methods from computer science, engineering, and mathematics. It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar discipline.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods.
- Directing our software programming initiatives
- Overseeing the development of documentation.
- Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
- Analyzing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems.
- Managing the software development lifecycle.
- Monitoring system performance.
- Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams.
- Developing and executing project plans.
- Applying mathematics and statistics to problem-solving initiatives.
- Applying best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Creating innovative solutions to meet our company’s technical needs.

Educational Qualifications:
- Knowledge of programming languages C, C++.
- Knowledge of Operating systems principles (Linux, VxWorks, QNX)
- Experience in programming in a multi-thread/multi-process environment
- Proficiency with Linux, Jira and Inter-process communication
- Design and implement tools to accelerate software system development and debug environments
- Participate and support in fixing issues arising from customer sites
- Analyze system scalability, interworking issues and perform root cause analysis of system issues
- Design and implement built-in diagnostics and test codes to help reliability and supportability
- Experience of development of distributed architecture systems with intercommunication.
- Communication over various physical layer devices like Serial, Ethernet, 1553, CAN, NMEA, ModBus, etc
- Knowledge of IP protocols, VLANs and Ethernet switching
- Hands-on software development experience in large complex software systems
- Excellent analytical, integration and debugging skills are necessary
- Very Good oral and written communication and multitasking skills are expected
