Salary Break-up / Additional Info
The Period of training will be for up to 15 months from the date of initial commencement of training. First three months will be under classroom training with stipend of INR 25,000 / month, as an intern and next twelve months, post successful completion of classroom training, you will be on on-job training as Associate Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
- Undergo formal classroom & on-the-job training to build domain, technical, and project skills
- Work under mentors / project leads to deliver components / modules of engineering projects
- Assist in design, development, testing, integration, validation or maintenance tasks depending on assigned domain
- Debug, document, and support product / system features
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams (hardware, software, systems, test, etc.)
- Participate in knowledge sharing, code review, continuous improvement activities
- Adapt to project demands, shifting priorities, and deliver assigned tasks with quality and timeliness
