Job Overview

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office based ServiceNow Developer to join our new Information Technology team in Navi Mumbai.  

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and providing support to ensure the effective utilization of the platform. 

Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development: 

• – Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. 
• – Customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements. 
• – Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications. 
• – Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. 

Systems Analysis: 

• – Work closely with business users to understand their needs and pain points. 
• – Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. 
• – Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs. 
• – Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows using ServiceNow. 
• – Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes. 

Platform Support: 

• – Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform. 
• – Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions. 
• – Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability and reliability. 
• – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements. 

Qualifications

• – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science. 
• – Preferred experience in one or more of the following: JavaScript, REST APIs, C#, ServiceNow, git, Azure DevOps. 
• – Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Systems Analyst. 
• – Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including Scripting, Workflows, UI Policies, and Integrations. 
• – Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB. 
• – Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. 
• – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• – Excellent computer skills.
