We are looking to hire a dependable, well-organized Management Trainee. Completing all assigned tasks, which may include working in various departments, learning about operations, handling conflict, attending meetings and workshops, visiting other offices, offering assistance and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and creating documentation, is part of the management trainee’s duties. Additionally, you must to be able to finish any necessary assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Key responsibilities include Designing and maintaining clean, efficient code under senior guidance while debugging and resolving software defects using standard engineering practices.
• Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and process flows while conducting impact assessments for system changes.
• Author and update comprehensive technical artifacts, including functional specifications, configuration notes, and integration guidelines.
• Executing the end-to-end testing lifecycle—including unit, integration, and regression testing—by developing test scenarios and tracking defect resolutions.
• Providing L1/L2 support through log analysis, performance monitoring, and proactive
• troubleshooting to ensure operational stability and prevent recurring issues.
