2. Junior Test Engineer
Job Description
Netstratum is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our QA team as Junior Test Engineers- Manual Testing. You will have the opportunity to work with an excellent team focused on Unified Communication Systems and AI. Most of these products are used by Tier-1 telecom providers, enterprises, and government organizations. Netstratum follows an Agile development process with quarterly PI (Program Increment) events, regular training, and continuous learning opportunities through the STEPS program for employees at all levels.

Responsibilities
- Understand product requirements and assist in preparing test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute manual testing on web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
- Identify and document bugs using standard bug-tracking tools.
- Work closely with the development and QA teams to validate fixes and ensure product quality.
- Support various types of testing including functional, regression, and usability testing.
- Follow best practices and established QA processes under the guidance of senior team members.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Sound understanding of manual testing concepts, bug life cycle, and SDLC/STLC.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira or Bugzilla is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
