Job Description :
We are looking for Mainframe Freshers who are passionate about technology and eager to start their careers in enterprise-level systems. You will be trained and deployed on real-time projects involving mainframe technologies used by leading global organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and work on Mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and IMS.
- Support, develop, and maintain mainframe-based applications.
- Understand business requirements and assist in code development or debugging.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with senior developers and project teams for smooth delivery.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and documentation practices.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of programming (C, C++, Java, or SQL preferred).
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Willingness to learn mainframe tools and technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of SDLC and software concepts is an added advantage.
