Job Description :

We are currently seeking a Digital Technology Junior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

To help with the creation, upkeep, and deployment of IT solutions for our business, we are looking for an analyst. In this position, you will be expected to manage all implementation-related processes, create optimization plans, analyze our IT systems, and do routine quality checks.

IT analysts are experts in information technology who manage the evaluation, upkeep, and improvement of information systems. They assess and create information solutions, using their expertise to pinpoint business opportunities and hazards. They also advise businesses on information technology strategies and evaluate human-IT processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across the technology stack – front-end (React/Angular), back-end (Node.js/Java/Python), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Develop, document, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement processes.
•  Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming.

Skills Required:

•  Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and exposure to frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with at least one back-end framework (Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, or Java/Spring Boot).
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerization tools (Docker) will be an advantage.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent from a premier institution.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience through academic, internship, or research projects in full stack development. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, and communication skills.
• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of full stack applications.
