Headquartered in Noida, India, Paytm Insurance Broking Private Limited (PIBPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of One97 Communications (OCL) is an online insurance market place, that offers insurance products across all leading insurance companies, with products across auto, life and health insurance and provide policy management and claim services for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist product managers in defining product roadmaps, requirements, and user stories.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with design and tech teams to support feature development and testing cycles.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to help improve product performance and user
journeys. - Participate in product reviews, sprint planning, and stand-up meetings.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making.
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis.
- Support cross-functional teams in product-related initiatives.
What will you Bring:
- Students or recent graduates (preferably from Engineering or related fields).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for technology, product thinking, and user experience design.
- Basic understanding of product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Notion) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) is a plus.
