Job Description :

To oversee a group of agents who will provide top-notch customer service and post-purchase assistance, we are seeking a competent Customer Support Executive. You will oversee the team’s customer service and develop policies and procedures. The Customer Support Executive will be in charge of choosing employees during the hiring process and making sure that every customer receives the same level of support.

Customer support executives, also referred to as customer service executives, oversee a group of customer service agents and uphold customer satisfaction. They make sure the group has received the necessary training to encourage top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Actioning promptly on the customer complaints/requests/queries by maintaining the SLA.
•  Followup with internal teams to ensure the timely response to the customer case.
• Excel skills required (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
• Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
• Overseeing the customer service process.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Creating policies and procedures.
• Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
• Selecting and hiring new staff.
• Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
• Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
