A quality analyst, sometimes referred to as a quality assurance analyst, assesses software, systems, and products to make sure they are error-free and satisfy the organization’s quality requirements.

To join our team, we are seeking a creative and seasoned quality analyst. The quality analyst is in charge of creating and assisting with the planning, designing, and carrying out of project process plans, test scripts, and test plans. The chosen applicant will collaborate closely with many departments to execute and verify test cases in accordance with quality standards and suggest modifications to established quality guidelines. You will be in charge of making sure the finished product satisfies the minimal requirements for quality, functionality, and use.

Role & Responsibility :

• Create and carry out test plans to make sure all goals are achieved.
• Execute and track test scripts to evaluate the service or product’s quality, performance, dependability, and functionality.
• Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
• Suggest, carry out, and keep an eye on preventative and remedial measures to guarantee that
• quality assurance requirements are met.
• Assemble and evaluate statistical information.
• Throughout the testing process, make sure that user expectations are fulfilled.
• Create draft policies and procedures for quality assurance.
• Examine consumer grievances and product malfunctions.
• Assure continued adherence to industry and quality regulations.

DESCRIPTION

•  Should have 0-3 years of experience in Data Analysis and Excel
• He/she should have an eye for detail and data accuracy skills.
• He/she should be able to find trends based on audit output and aggregate audit data based on the audit findings. Auditor should be proficient in MS-excel functions and preferably be proficient in VBA for MS-Excel. This will help is efficient data aggregation
• Understanding of basic statistics and distributions/ability to detect patterns in data a plus.
• He/she should be able to identify root cause, work with Support Engineers/Developers to fix errors and prevent recurrence of the identified errors.
• Should be able to analyze and provide objective, actionable feedback based on the trend surfaced.
• Expected to create and maintain process documentations on an ongoing basis. He/She is also expected to mentor and help new recruits to ramp up quickly. Should be willing participator in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
