Job Description:
As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and contributing to the overall growth of our bank portfolio. You will work closely with branch leads and managers, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
Identification and sourcing of new customers through Open sources/Branch channels.
● Push cross-sells for different banking products.
● Maintaining productivity as prescribed by the business team.
● Maintaining DSR (Daily Sales Report) & Timely reporting of business (Leads through CRM).
● Attending morning huddles with TL/SM/ASM.
● Maintaining positive relationships with builders & other stakeholders
● Introducing new stakeholders to the company.
● Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers before and after the disbursement of loans.
● Adhering to company norms & policy-related compliances.
Undergraduate/Graduate and above.
● 0 – 3 years of work experience.
● Good communication skills.
● Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
● Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
● High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently
● Ability to manage complex client situations.
