Job Description :

Graduate engineer trainees are employed by companies as trainees after completing their degree in engineering. Through the use of CAD software, project work, and report writing, they complete all tasks assigned to them and acquire real-world experience.
A growth mindset and a dedication to lifelong learning are essential for success as a graduate engineer trainee. Promising applicants should be keen observers, eager to interact with engineers outside of their field of expertise, and willing to help wherever possible.
Responsibilities
- Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor.
- Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.
- Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
- Conducting research and traveling to sites.
- Observing health and safety regulations at all times.
- Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives.
- Analyzing data and writing reports according to specifications.
- Taking notes and sharing your findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
- Establishing professional relationships with staff.
- Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence.
Requirements
- Have graduated prior to your first day at Shell.
- You must be in the final year of your graduation or have graduated with a degree like bachelor’s, master’s or PhD from a recognized university with less than 3 years’ work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You need to be an Indian citizen or permanent resident or have a valid work permit for India.
