Superset Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst (Dashboards & Insights), you’ll serve as the analytical bridge between our users and our product/engineering teams across the TNP Suite and Superset Assessments.

Your primary mission in the first six months will be to work hands-on with Metabase and Superset’s internal dashboard engine to deliver high-quality dashboards and reports — both for customers (placement offices, recruiter teams) and internal stakeholders (growth, post-sales, billing, and operations).

Required Qualifications:

• Ship a set of production-ready dashboards (customer-facing and internal) with clear ownership and adoption.
• Establish standardized metric definitions for core funnels (application → assessment → offer) with a published data dictionary.
• Deliver monthly executive scorecards for at least one customer segment and one internal team.
• Identify and execute 2–3 data-backed improvements in billing workflows (e.g., reconciliation accuracy, reduced leakage, or improved turnaround time).
