Responsibilities
- Reviewing and evaluating processes, calls, or work outputs to ensure quality standards are met
- Identifying gaps, errors, or improvement areas and sharing feedback with teams
- Preparing quality reports and maintaining documentation
- Supporting process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Working closely with team leads and managers to maintain performance benchmarks
- Following company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality frameworks
