Key Responsibilities:
- Managing operational work related to festival listings and fixed venues
- Coordinating with the business and support teams on operational tasks related to onboarding any event or venue
- Writing up accurate and grammatically correct mail correspondence
- Resolving any customer- or organizer-related issues
- Preparing agreements and helping in initiating the payment process
Required Skills:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of drafting emails and can calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Always polite and helpful with people and dealing calmly with difficult situations.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Internship duration : 6 months
