Role Overview
The APM role is a full-time, two-year program designed for students who want to build a career in product management. The program includes two rotations, each one year long, across different teams such as Rides, Eats, Uber for Business, or Freight.
In this role, you will work with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to build products used by millions of people. You will help plan features, improve user experience, study data, and support product launches. The focus is on learning, taking ownership, and solving real user problems.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to build and improve product features.
- Use data and user insights to make decisions.
- Support the planning, design, and launch of new products or updates.
- Track results after launch and suggest improvements.
- Clearly communicate ideas, plans, and progress to different teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Integrated Dual Degree program.
- Expected graduation year: 2026.
- Able to join the role starting August 2026.
Preferred Qualification
- Interest or basic experience in product development or product management.
- Ability to understand and analyze data.
- Good design thinking or comfort with basic prototyping tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for building meaningful products and learning new skills.
