Job Description

You’ll be working in the GCRG team in Singapore and reporting to the Singapore Head of Compliance and Operational Risk Control (C&ORC). The team is responsible for monitoring and managing Compliance and operational risks within the bank. The function has a cross-divisional remit covering the activities of the Investment Bank, Global Wealth Management, Global Asset Management and Group Functions.

Directing, planning, and organizing an organization’s activities to achieve business objectives through financial management, policy execution, and strategic planning are all part of an executive job description. Setting departmental goals, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and recruiting and coaching managers are common duties. The specific responsibilities differ according to the executive level, ranging from highly specialized executive positions supervising certain activities like operations or finance to C-suite positions concentrating on overall strategy.

Role and Responsibilities

• manage calendars including conference calls, vacations and client meetings
• arrange travel bookings, itineraries and visa coordination
• support office administration, like ordering supplies, handling mail and managing conference logistics
• assist with finance management, including processing of invoices and expenses

Qualification

• successful administrative experience in a fast-paced large enterprise
• proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• keen attention to detail, organized and able to seamlessly multitask
• proven written and verbal communication skills
• comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
