Job Overview

As a Quality Analyst at Webkul, you’ll be the guardian of quality — meticulously testing every aspect of our software, both functionally and technically. Your insights will help shape the next generation of innovative solutions.

Key job responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
Compile and analyze statistical data.
Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.

What You’ll Do:

A strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken English.
A passionate testing mindset with an eye for detail and quality.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably JavaScript or a related language.
An educational background in B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA is preferred.
Experience working with projects using ReactJS and JavaScript is a must.

What are we looking for?

Familiarity with e-commerce, website testing, API testing, and mobile testing is a plus!
Skilled in executing tests, identifying bugs, and crafting detailed reports
Deep understanding of manual testing processes and methodologies.
Basic automation testing knowledge is a plus.
Ability to write detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts.
Experience in testing web, mobile, and native applications across multiple devices.
Familiarity with smoke testing, regression testing, and defect tracking.
