A qualified test engineer is needed to create and carry out quality-check processes for our goods. In your role as a test engineer, you will be in charge of establishing specific quality checks, designing test parameters, analyzing product features, and putting up final test procedures for the quality specialists.
Test engineers are in charge of creating and carrying out the tests that guarantee a product’s functionality and quality. They participate at every stage of the testing program, including creating the final test procedures, debugging issues, and developing the test parameters.
Responsibilities
✔ Understand business requirements & design effective test cases
✔ Perform test planning, execution & reporting
✔ Implement model-based testing approaches
✔ Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
✔ Design & execute automation frameworks (VB macros, GUI automation, scheduling, etc.)
✔ Develop test plans, scenarios & usage cases
✔ Raise and track defects with clear replication steps
✔ Publish test dashboards & status reports
✔ Ensure SLA compliance & zero quality slippages
✔ Maintain accurate updates in test management repositories

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or computer engineering.
- Previous work experience as a test engineer.
- Familiarity with testing tools including Apache, Selenium, JMeter, TestStand, and LabVIEW.
- Knowledge of diagramming software including Gliffy, Microsoft Viso, and AutoCAD.
- Extensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to project manage.
- Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box.
- High-level technical writing skills.
