The Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a distinctive career opportunity for BCA and B.Sc graduates, allowing them to gain industry experience at Wipro while advancing their education through an M.Tech degree from a top-tier institute in India — fully funded by Wipro

Work Integrated Learning Program is a unique learning-integrated program that offers BCA and B.Sc students a chance to build a remarkable career at Wipro while pursuing their higher education in M.Tech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• 10th & 12th Standard: Must be passed

• Graduation: Minimum 60% or a CGPA of 6.0 and above (as per university norms)
  

Eligible Graduation Streams:

• BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application)

• B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) in any of the following:
  • Computer Science

  • Information Technology

  • Mathematics

  • Statistics

  • Electronics

  • Physics

Passing Year:

• Candidates from 2024 & 2025 batches are eligible

Other Criteria

• Distance/Open Schooling: Allowed only for 10th and 12th standards

• Backlogs: Only one active backlog permitted at the time of the online test
  • The backlog must be cleared along with the 6th semester

• Mathematics Requirement:
  • Candidates must have studied Core Mathematics during graduation

  • Business Maths / Applied Maths are not considered as Core Mathematics

• Education Gap:
  • A maximum of 3 years gap allowed from 10th to the start of graduation

  • No gap allowed during graduation — it must be completed in 3 consecutive years

• Age Requirement: Candidate must be 18 years or older at the time of application

• Citizenship:
  • Must be an Indian citizen or hold a valid PIO/OCI card if holding foreign nationality

  • Bhutan/Nepal citizens must provide valid citizenship documents

• Cooling Period:
  • Candidates must have a minimum 3-month gap between their last Wipro attempt and current registration

Selection Process

All shortlisted candidates will undergo a structured evaluation process consisting of the following stages:

Round 1: Online Assessment (Total Duration: 80 Minutes)

The test is divided into four sections:

• Verbal Ability – 20 Questions | 20 Minutes

• Analytical Reasoning – 20 Questions | 20 Minutes

• Quantitative Aptitude – 20 Questions | 20 Minutes

• Written Communication Test – 1 Topic | 20 Minutes
