Job Description :

Xcelore, a new-age AI Product Engineering Startup, is looking for freshers for multiple profiles through a 6-month Internship + Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) program with good stipend & attractive compensation.

Under the guidance of more experienced developers, a Java Trainee (also known as a Java Developer Trainee) helps with the design, coding, testing, and debugging of Java-based applications. Writing clean code, keeping up with software documentation, and taking part in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) are among the duties. Foundational understanding of Java, OOPs concepts, SQL, and a strong desire to learn are necessary for this entry-level position.

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:

• 2025 & 2026 pass-outs (UG/PG)
• Candidates who have not previously applied at Xcelore for these roles

Required Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and SQL.
• Tools: Familiarity with IDEs (e.g., Eclipse, IntelliJ) and version control systems like Git.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and effective communication.
• Experience: 0–1 years (freshers/recent graduates).
