Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic SAP PP (Production Planning) Trainee to join our SAP team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are looking to build a career in SAP. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and work under the guidance of senior consultants to support various SAP PP-related activities.

For the position of new trainee engineer, we are looking for a well-organized graduate to join our team. Meeting attendance, desktop and field research, all practical and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor, site visits when necessary, project assistance, improvement suggestions, and report writing are among the duties of the trainee engineer. You should be willing to venture outside of your comfort zone and have the ability to collaborate with others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and support of supply chain planning solutions.
• Learn and contribute to demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning processes.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and system configuration tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, IT developers, and consultants.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to build domain and technical expertise.
• Updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and data science to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Recent graduates (B.E./B.Tech, MCA, MBA – Supply Chain / IT / Operations).
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and interest in enterprise IT systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and good in at least one programming language.
• Eagerness to learn SAP or other ERP systems.
