Role Details:

Position: Customer Delight Associate
Experience Level: 0 to 2 years (Freshers welcome)
Job Location: Gurgaon or Hyderabad
Work Type: Full-time (rotational shifts may apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and concerns through chat, email, or calls.
• Provide clear and helpful communication while maintaining a friendly tone.
• Collaborate with internal teams to quickly address and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for users, even in difficult situations.
• Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Meet quality standards and performance targets set by the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
• Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Basic tech skills to navigate internal tools and platforms.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends or holidays.
• Prior customer support or BPO experience is useful but not mandatory.
