We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data analyst to join our team. This Data Analyst will be a critical member of the team as we build data models, reporting, and dashboards, and deliver deep insights aimed at accelerating the growth of the company on our way toward a successful IPO. This role will partner with people across the company (Product Engineering, AI Research, Content, Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to tackle key strategic, operational, and technical initiatives while building systems that will help us scale.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Fresher or 1+ years of experience writing SQL query
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Must have SQL knowledge and experience working with databases
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Passionate about data with a business focus is a plus.
- Growth Mindset practitioner – ability and passion to be challenged, fail fast, learn, and grow.
- Demonstrate proficiency at telling a story with data.
- Understanding of the industry preferred (consulting, sales, marketing, operations, finance, product, etc.)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies in the data analytics field.
Job Responsibilities
- overseeing the production, modification, and removal of master data.
- Controlling the roles and users.
- Verify the quality of the imported data, collaborating with QA analysts as needed.
- Data set commissioning and decommissioning.
- processing private information and data in accordance with regulations.
- supporting the creation of analysis and reports.
- overseeing and creating the reporting environment, which includes metadata, security, and data sources.
- helping the data warehouse to determine and update its reporting specifications.
- assisting with efforts to normalize and maintain data integrity.
- testing evaluation, software implementation (new or updated), and support for strategic choices regarding new systems.
- producing reports from a single system or several.
- troubleshooting reports and the reporting database environment.
- assessing updates and modifications to the source production systems.
- introducing new dashboards and reports to end users.
