Amazon.in’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Credit Operations team is seeking a highly motivated Investigation Specialist to help manage daily operational aspects supporting both our Merchant and Customer experience. Our teams’ objective is to provide the capability for merchants to obtain the benefit of Fulfillment by Amazon, including all the superior performance of Amazon’s shipping and customer service. FBA is a highly visible and strategic program within Amazon.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Excellent team player capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a team environment.
- Knowledge of FBA.
- Comfortable working on excel, using pivots and using basic level of automation.
- Â Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Â Experience in either of Investigations/Payments/Security or Banking domain.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee an IRB and a company-wide GCP (good clinical practice) inspection.
- experience advising security measures to guarantee the safety of all DOD activities in the region while working closely with commanding officers.
- Prior authorization requirements, patient demographics, NPI, and EOBs should all be recorded and entered into the database.
- Enter data into the system and on necessary documents, EOBs, patient profiles, NPIs, and prerequisites for prior authorization.
- Check to see if clients of Humana insurance comprehend their plan.
- Reach out to recently enrolled Humana subscribers and make sure they understand everything by going over the plan in detail.
