The role is as a Full Stack Developer within the OneHub Team working in a primarily agile environment.The role holder will be responsible for working with Product Owners, Developers and other parties to deliver the technical implementations to fulfil the OneHub Product Vision.
The role holder will be joining a high performing team in the PBWM Tech business area. The successful candidate should have agile change implementation experience, be able to work closely with business product owners, partners in Infrastructure and with Third Party vendors.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Graduate/Under Graduate in any discipline
- Strong proven analytical skills
- Financial industry experience / understanding of investments industry
- Highly IT literate – able to understand technical models and appreciate connectivity with business practices and operations
- Experience working in an agile framework
Job Responsibilities
- Technical Implementation – Implement, and test through unit, integration, acceptance and regression user stories.
- Technical Analysis – Identify technical change requirements in collaboration with the agile squad to propose solutions for agile stories.
- Business Analysis – Identify high level requirements and then drive out /derive detail of the lower level requirements via applicable methods (stakeholder engagement, workshops, data analysis), and support the development of business and technical solutions to meet these.
- Communication – Provide stakeholders and other colleagues with clear and accurate information on current and future system processes and architecture.
- Detailed diagnostics/analysis – Undertake diagnostic work to understand specific business issues or problems in greater depth and reveal possible solutions
- Work in an agile team – Actively participate as an agile squad member to move tasks forward, support colleagues with impediments and ensure that we generate value for our customers and the business.
