Skills set Required for this Job :
- Knowledge of the GPP and/or Payments domain is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of GLM.
- Good knowledge of Linux.
- Good CORBA knowledge.
- Has extensive expertise of using OAuth calls and the Rest SDK in C++.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- Awareness of software engineering processes such as design, coding, and testing.
- Good understanding of database fundamentals, particularly Oracle 10g or higher.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements for product modernization upgrades and upgrade existing products to Cloud-compatible APIs.
- Can create new APIs or convert webservices to APIs.
- Read and comprehend design papers.
- Define and write implementation specifications, deduce algorithms, and create code from design documentation.
- Debug and resolve technological issues.
- Follow the development plan/schedule and adhere to quality practices.
- Peer code reviews and debugging.
- Technical assistance to the client.
- Should be able to mentor juniors and answer technical questions.
- Should be able to give production assistance as needed.
