In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. You will create policies and procedures and oversee the customer service provided by the team. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for the selection of staff in the hiring process and ensure that a standardized level of service is maintained for all customers.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Any Graduation
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal.
- Capacity to guide a group.
- familiarity with CRM systems.
- proficiency with computers.
- It is preferred if one is knowledgeable about mediation and dispute resolution methods.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls/emails from customers regarding their accounts.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, products, and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards always maintaining TAT.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
