We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and providing support to ensure the effective utilization of the platform.Â
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.Â
- Preferred experience in one or more of the following: JavaScript, REST APIs, C#, ServiceNow, git, Azure DevOps.Â
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Systems Analyst.Â
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including Scripting, Workflows, UI Policies, and Integrations.Â
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.Â
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.Â
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Â
- Excellent computer skills.Â
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Â
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Â
- ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.Â
Job Responsibilities
- Â Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.Â
- Customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.Â
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications.Â
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.Â
- Work closely with business users to understand their needs and pain points.Â
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.Â
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.Â
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows using ServiceNow.Â
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes.Â
