We are seeking to appoint a seasoned Software Development Engineer in Test to support our driven sales force. It will be your responsibility as a solutions engineer to lead discovery calls with our skilled sales representatives, prepare and present presentations, walk clients through the features of company products, and develop unique software solutions.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Good programming skills, including knowledge of C/C++, will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good understanding of semiconductor devices. Physics will provide an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the Unix/Linux environment will be advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
- Create new test programs for the first silicon validation of a new product/technology startup, providing critical feedback to the appropriate organizations responsible for improving the device’s quality and performance.
- Develop and maintain Micron DRAM product test programs to meet customer specifications, device performance characterization requirements, and customer return analysis.
- Optimize test programs by using more efficient testing methodologies to reduce product testing time and production costs.
- Write software scripts to automate the testing process and increase job efficiency.
- Increase test coverage to ensure superior outbound quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product/equipment engineering divisions to improve overall product yield while also developing customizations from available test solutions to improve return on investment.
- Collaborate with testing and manufacturing departments.
