The database associate is principally in charge of all aspects of contribution record management, including uploading and direct keying, file imports and exports, quality assurance, donation data integrity, department protocol development, and onboarding user training at USP and headquarters. The ideal applicant will be adaptable and willing to consider changing roles and expectations as our systems and the teams we work with develop and change.
