As a member of the Support organization, you will resolve post-sales customer inquiries via phone and electronic means. Your focus is to provide level three support including problem resolution within published goals using the Knowledge Base, write product documentation, use Web Resources, and Lab Testing, etc. to resolve issues. Calls are generally more complex application problems or requests to resolve problems if the system is “down” which relies on analytical and technical skills.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, or a similar discipline.
  • It is advantageous to have more training, credentials, or other accomplishments.
  • There may be a need for specialization or experience.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office and analytics software, as well as command of a few programming languages, may be needed.
  • the capacity to see patterns and trends in huge data sets and to create business plans using numerical data.
  • strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizing, and math abilities.
  • Excellent research, presentation, and written and spoken communication.
  • the capacity to condense and communicate complicated knowledge to others.
Job Responsibilities

  • Putting together presentations and reports to condense research and impact business choices.
  • establishing project goals, spending plans, and deadlines while collaborating with the management team to track developments and assess performance.
  • putting in place rules and guidelines that ensure the security of corporate data and information when it is gathered, examined, saved, and disposed of.
  • evaluating and enhancing analytics technologies, procedures, and methodologies in order to boost security, accuracy, and efficiency.
