Aligned with Professional Services & Support, this role is essential for meeting AMS clients’ contractual obligations, ensuring associates’ alignment with clients, and contributing to overall client satisfaction.
We are seeking a qualified software engineer to work on projects that our company is currently developing, working in tandem with our outstanding software development team. Developing and overseeing software system validation and testing procedures as well as managing our software programming projects are just a few of the responsibilities. In order to provide project status updates and proposals, you will also collaborate closely with clients and departments that span functional boundaries.

Job Responsibilities
- Make enhancements to existing software applications.
- Develop and design new reports, including data fetching through SQL, data processing, and data representation based on requirements.
- Gather requirements, understand project scope, create work estimates, and effectively plan and execute tasks.
- Handle client calls and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Participate in component-level technical design discussions and collaborations.
- Perform debugging and document root cause analysis and resolutions.
- Identify and suggest process improvements at the team level to support both operations and the development ecosystem.
- Provide support for software releases.
- Gain an understanding of healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model.
