They work with clients to analyse their requirements, identify appropriate strategies and develop and implement software solutions that meet their needs
As a Pivotree Software Consultant, you will be responsible for providing clients with implementation and configuration services and support. Working with a team, you will handle implementation tasks including configurations and business process changes. Work may be performed at the client site, remotely, or a combination of both. Pivotree Solutions Group offers consultation, implementation, sales and support services to our clients with supply chain software needs.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Exposure to Ecommerce Systems, WMS and/or OMS Systems is a plus
- Must have Technical exposure and/or experience with the following technologies: Java programming, Unix/Linux, MySQL, or in one of Oracle DBA and/or Jboss/WebLogic/Websphere/
Tomcat app servers - Ability to test and analyze data and provide solutions
- Proven ability to work with remote and geographically separated teams
- Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability in providing technical support directly to the client
- 0 to 2 years’ experience in supply chain software development and implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related degree
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrates accurate, detailed knowledge of the software and services, as well as experience with applicable consulting practices, methodologies and tools.
- Maintains and expands technical and business knowledge through study and on-site delivery experience.
- Review and deliver on-time and high quality project deliverables
- Participates in issue resolution with off-shore Consulting team
- Provides Java support as needed and appropriate for supply chain software
- Writes and maintains technical documentation of solution as implemented and used by the client
