You will also be required to increase worker capability through frequent training and mentoring.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Â Should be willing to travel and be in the market for 18 days in a month
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Should have Excel Knowledge
- Ability to understand tech products and explain in simple language user basis situations
- Â Good command of the Local language and English
- MBA – Marketing ( Passouts in 2023 -2024)
Job Responsibilities
- Visit and manage assigned bus operators regularly and work closely with them to grow their business on redBus.
- Â On-board new bus operators in the assigned territory and teach them how to sell online.
- Â Â Handle bus operator objections and provide solutions to the bus operator.
- Â Â Sell visibility and growth products to operators to grow their business on redBus.
- Â Â Source discounts that help improve bus operator occupancy.
- Â Â Effectively communicating new product developments to bus operators and driving usage.
- Â Â Managing on-ground marketing activities to grow the bus operator business.
- Â Â Share market updates, feedback, and issues regularly with the manager.
