Skills set Required for this Job :
- Experience troubleshooting issues.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL (Sequel) will be advantageous.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, if necessary.
- Have an excellent customer service mentality and be able to connect well with the onshore staff.
- Must be passionate about finance and familiar with current global financial market news.
- Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Product Entitlement for Clients Trailing and signed a contract for a live subscription to Index and ETF data.
- Reading over the Client Contract and ensuring that all necessary services are supplied to them as per the contract.
- Liaise with multiple data providers and issuers for the licensing check before allowing access to customers.
- Ensure that all customers receive first-class service that meets S&P expectations, including but not limited to detecting and resolving client issues, following up with clients based on SLAs, aiding with ad hoc initiatives, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Collaborating with various stack holders such as the sales teams, TechOps, and Content Management team to raise any client-specific or technical issues.
- Ensure the accurate and timely production of financial information for appropriate items.
- Collaborate with and include cross-functional teams to do Root Cause Analysis to identify solutions in issue areas.
- To anticipate change, monitor and research market happenings.
- Ensure a thorough awareness of markets and business happenings.
- Consolidate knowledge about the dataset, resulting in the formulation of best practices.
- Identify data quality improvement projects and best design techniques.
