Customer service agents take orders, handle returns, assist customers with complaints and inquiries, and provide product and service information. They are occasionally perceived as playing a part in sales because they assist clients in understanding the goods and respond to inquiries regarding reservations.
To handle consumer complaints and inquiries, we are employing a Customer Service Admin Support . Additionally, you’ll be expected to handle orders, adjustments, and complaints that are escalated via various channels of communication. You must have prior computer experience and be able to maintain composure in the face of irate clients in order to succeed in this position.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree (Arts, Science, Commerce, Business Administrations)
- 0-2 years’ Experience
- Requires strong digital literacy, including Microsoft office
- Display excellent verbal and written communication and social skills.
- Highly detailed with good accuracy
- Ability to work in fast pace environment
- Flexible to work in Night Shifts
Job Responsibilities
- Perform order management activities for assigned regions using the applications used by the function
- Ensure adherence tol procedures, policies, and systems.
- Ensures that performance metrics / SLAs are met
- Make sure to achieve daily turnaround time for orders as per set TAT guidelines
- Ensure adherence to all internal / external processes defined
- Proactively brings up issues that can potentially hamper the business processes
